Ruby Falls Haunted Cavern is recommended for adults and teens, but younger kids may come if parents choose to bring them. Carrying babies through is not allowed. There are no special prices for children and no refunds if anyone decides not to complete the attraction.
On site ticket sales begin no earlier than 7:30pm and the attraction opens no later than 8:00pm. In general, the Ruby Falls Haunted Cavern is open until 10:00pm on Sundays and at least 11:30PM on Fridays and Saturdays. As long as you are in line by 11:30PM on Fridays and Saturdays, you will get to SCREAM! We will stay open later to accommodate patrons on busy nights. The box office will not close earlier than the posted times. If you are arriving late, we suggest that you call 423-821-2544.
Each patron agrees to assume any and all risks inherent in the Ruby Falls Haunted Cavern, and Ruby Falls will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur on the tour or grounds.
